**Job Description**:

- Client Services Consultant
- We are currently recruiting a Consultant to join our Client Services team in Sheffield on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a global firm and develop a career within a client facing role.
- About the team:

- The Client Services department looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for building and maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services.
- About the role:

- The Consultant on the Client Services Team will support the wider team of Client Service Managers and Senior/Client Service Consultants with multi-jurisdictional client enquiries including preparing templates and drafting presentations.
- Other key responsibilities will include:

- Provides support to senior members of the team on larger clients through support on specific projects or regular allocated responsibilities
- Monitoring individual case status actions
- Facilitates the smooth flow of communication between client contacts and Fragomen caseworkers
- Liaises with caseworkers globally in relation to specific cases their clients
- Acts as the primary point of contact for some clients
- Supports management when client escalations arise
- May help with supervision of team of coordinators supporting Client Services Team when need arises
- Assist in the delivery of EMEA wide training initiatives
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed
- Generates clear, well-organized written work-product internally and externally
- Takes on additional projects as required
- About you:

- To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a client or customer facing role as well as strong administrative and communication skills. You will be comfortable working in a team with your direct management based remotely.
- Also required:

- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objective
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
