**Find out more about the front of house team member role**:
As a Front of House Team Leader you will be a key player in (pub name), you will be expected to provide the service of food and drink to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Especially your role will require that you do the following:

- Making sure that all public areas are clean and safe for customers and colleagues.
- To provide excellent customer service to customers, serving food and drinks efficiently.
- To have extensive knowledge of the restaurant menu and all areas of the restaurant.
- To handle queries and refer problems to the Manager.
- To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To clean and care for equipment in working area.
- To follow restaurant procedures with regards to setting up/clearing tables and serving food.
- To assist colleagues as required.
- To comply with the restaurant’s health and safety policy.
- To handle money and credit card transactions accurately.
- To project a willing and helpful attitude to customers
- Take drink and food orders.
- Deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that you check with customers to ensure that everything is going well.
- Refill drinks throughout the meal - ask the customers if they would like more drinks.

**We are looking for people who have**:

- Experience within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential)
- Be able to communicate and work in a team.
- Work under busy and intense conditions.
- Able to provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

**Ideally you will have**:

- An interest in the industry.
- A drive to upsell.
- Availability to work weekends and nights.
- Competent level of English spoken and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
