We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our Multi Award winning, vibrant, fun, professional and dedicated restaurant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist in various tasks, from cleaning to guest services, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. **Responsibilities** - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. - Daily cleaning and setting up of our immaculate restaurant, adhering to food safety standards. - Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for transactions. - Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. - Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, ensuring a tidy environment for guests. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and high-quality service. - Wine service and Bar service. **Skills** - Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. - "Experience" in a restaurant or culinary environment is essential. - Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and order processing. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Multi Award winning setting while maintaining attention to detail. - Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred to ensure compliance with health regulations. - A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and guests alike, fostering a team-oriented environment.
