Due to ongoing growth and market demand, the business is looking to hire a professional and driven Customer Sales Executive to join their Customer Service team. Duties include:

- To answer queries from our customers
- Focused on retaining our existing customer volume at 95%
- Creating opportunity to grow the existing client base by 10% year on year
- Offering consultation to existing customers in demonstrating our multi-channel service solutions
- Ensuring that customer queries are resolved
- Highlighting customer concerns with peers in the business to create resolution
- Updating our internal CRM database
- Following up agreed actions
- Providing excellent communication to our customers and internal teams
