The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. This post is 5 days a week and includes weekend working.Duties will include: Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest qualityAssisting in making the home buying process efficientBuild positive relationships with customers and external partiesAttending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasersManaging on-site administrationMaintain the highest standard of health and safetyWe’re looking for the following experience or skills:A proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homesProficient in sales techniquesConversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying processA clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communicationA good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a homeIT literate using Microsoft Office suiteFull UK driving licenceBringing together two trusted housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, untypical aims to make a positive difference to the UK housebuilding market and help to provide greater access to homes which are affordable for buyers.Guided by an innovative approach and a commitment to excellence, untypical focuses on creating sustainable, inclusive communities, delivering homes across the UK that people want to live in and are good for the planet.
