**Part Time Property Administrator**
The role will be to assist the sales, lettings and maintenance department teams in all aspects of the property industry.
The job role would include:
- Preparing of client contracts and ID checks
- Preparing and issuing of tenancies and Prescribed Information
- Arrange marketing of properties for sales and lettings
- Composing of inventories and maintenance reports.
- Prepare periodical marketing campaigns
Applicants should have the following skills & attributes:
- Experience in similar role within the property industry
- High knowledge of IT experience including databases and Microsoft
- Good customer service skills
- Diary management
- Highly organised and good time keeping.
Core working hours: Mon, Tues, Thur & Fri 9am to 3:30pm.
Additional cover for holidays and sickness required.
**Company Benefits**

Salary £12.50 per hour
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

- Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
