**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries courteously.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Occasionally assist in meal preparation or cooking when required.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and their safe usage is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, particularly in a hotel setting.
- A background in commercial cleaning can be an asset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
