**Job overview**:
Camborne and Redruth Community Hospital is a busy community hospital with a variety of services including an MIU department, out-patient department, Xray department and two wards - Lanyon and CATU. Both wards encompass a multi-disciplinary team approach providing treatment and rehabilitation for patients in Cornwall. We provide an innovative opportunity to support our patients to receive high quality care and remain close to home.

We are looking for a Meaningful Activities Coordinator to join our MDT on both wards. Part time and full time hours will be considered

Individuals who are self-motivated and can work independently are encouraged to apply.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Approximately 568,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon.
