**Working Hours**: Casual part time hours to cover a mixture of early, late & occasional weekend shifts.

**Salary**: Upto £12.21 per hour + Excellent benefits

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

**About you**

You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems. It is desirable that you hold any customer service qualifications as well.
