Hotel Receptionist

We have an opportunity to join the Active Hospitality team as a Reception Team Member This role will be based off working eight-hour shifts five times a week based at Villiers Hotel Buckingham.

We are looking for a dynamic **HOTEL RECEPTIONIST **to join our Team. As Hotel Receptionist you will be responsible for offering a welcoming and seamless check in/check-out experience, manage incoming calls for bookings or general enquiries and promote the hotel’s facilities and services in a positive way optimising every opportunity.

As Hotel Receptionist, you will have a natural, warm, engaging personality, excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm in all situations. Excellent level of English both written and verbal is essential together with good knowledge of the local area. Experience in the use of OPERA would be a distinct advantage. Hours are 40 over 5 days to include weekends.
