To provide full project management, executive and administrative support to the Sales Director.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients and prospective clients, particularly ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Project managing the sales cycle and documentation, including quotes, correspondence, drawings etc. Keeping track, following up and chasing completion of tasks and actions, particularly those assigned to members of the sales and CAD teams.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements including overseas travel.
- Organising and provisioning client and other meetings.
- Ad hoc administrative support.
- Occasional ad hoc personal or domestic support.

**Required Experience & Capabilities**
- It is ESSENTIAL that you have previous experience of supporting Senior Managers or Directors in an entrepreneurial and private sector environment.
- You should have previous experience in a project management, office management or executive assistant role.
- Exemplary literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, web data, business apps, typing at speed.
- It is critical that you have excellent time management skills and a highly organised nature, with the ability to produce accurate work in pressurised timescales.
- Resilience, discretion, trustworthiness; tact and diplomacy.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and determined to see tasks through to completion.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
