Protection Dogs Worldwide are market leading dog trainers who specialise in training the world’s best family protection dogs. After several years of continuous growth, we are now looking to expand our exclusive team once again with the addition of a Executive Assistant.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Executive Assistant to provide professional administration, organisation and management to support the main director. This role promises to be fast paced and varied requiring someone with immaculate organisation and attention to detail. **Responsibilities**:
- Diary and workload management, including the creation of processes to allow for smooth running of calendars
- Processing and managing expenses
- Ensuring the directors/head trainers are fully prepared for all meetings
- Carrying out research and present findings when required
- Proactive follow up to clients
- Arranging travel including flights, hotel bookings, car parking etc
- Act as the first point of contact
- Handle confidential information with discretion
**About You**:
- It is essential that you have experience with dogs although knowledge is not required
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong Calendar management & effective organisational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, co-operative and enthusiastic approach to responsibilities with an ability to make decisions

**Salary**: From £32,000.00 per year + Sales incentives/Bonus
