Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team in Redditch looking after some key accounts with coordinating their premise moves both UK based and international. YOu will need to be organised and process drivenas you will be supporting clients with their moves and problem solving with deliveries etc. You will get the opportunity to learn more about import and export and being that person who will help customers during this stressful time. The role would suit anindividual who has strong administration, organisational and customer service skills. Experience of Imports, Exports, Shipping, Freight forwarding and customs documentation would be advantageous.
Initial day to day duties for the Customer Service Coordinator would be to:
- Strong time management, including working to very tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation and administration skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of import/exports, customs and cross border documentation.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability and confidence to build effective relationships with clients, agents, account holders and third party agents - often dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi-task.
- Professional and proactive approach with a 'can do attitude'.
- IT literate with MS Office and Excel.
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will need to have strong customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and clients as well as excellent organisational skills and time management including working to tightdeadlines. You will ideally have worked within a fast-paced environment but still have excellent attention to detail.
This role does require strong all round Microsoft office skills including excel.
