This Research Director role has come about due to the business building a new healthcare-focused team. The mission is to bring consumer-led brand expertise into the world of healthcare (pharma and consumer), helping clients understand patients & HCPs beyondthe therapy areas.

You'll enjoy this role to its fullest with a start-up mentality, providing input across a broad spectrum of responsibilities.

**Key Duties**
- As Research Director take lead on managing 2-4 projects at a time from end-to-end
- Analysing research findings & build reporting/debrief decks
- Conduct client meetings, establishing relationships with key stakeholders
- Work with domestic and international recruitment partners
- Develop new business and current accounts

**Skills & Experience**
- You have both qualitative & quantitative research expertise, along with experience/understanding of the healthcare sector
- Your qualitative experience includes interviewing, moderating & workshopping
- Strong presentation ability and great communication
- Able to work well with a team and independently
- You can manage yourself effectively across multiple tasks
