Due to significant sales growth across the company, we are seeking an experienced flooring estimator to join our team.

As a Flooring Estimator with us - your typical day may look like this;
Visiting customers’ homes, measuring their chosen rooms, producing quotes and confirming orders

Continuing the excellent in-store customer experience in the home, answering any questions the customer may still have relating to the products or on any samples provided

On occasion supporting the team and helping customers in-store with any flooring requirements

The benefits we provide you.

As a Flooring Estimator, you will earn a basic salary of £22,000 with commission based on flooring sales. This means a realistic OTE of £28-£32k and a guaranteed salary of £26,000 per annum, for the first 12 months.

The salary and benefits package is very competitive, with no limit to the commission you can earn. In addition, you get

What we require from you.

A full UK driving licence

An attention to detail

The ability to work autonomously (you will be mainly working alone).

To be comfortable to travel across Devon and Cornwall and working in customers’ homes
