The Radiology Directorate within ABUHB are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their Administrative and Clerical team. The role requires the need for a degree of flexibility to work a 7-day week shift pattern.
**The duties of the post include**:
Ensuring all patients appointments are processed in accordance with the internal and national targets.
Making sure that clinic capacity is utilised, so that cancellations are kept to a minimum
All procedure appointments are booked in a timely fashion utilising list capacity across Radiology in ABUHB.
Liaising with other team members to ensure that waiting times are kept to a minimum, working with the radiology referral and booking manager and booking service team
Ensure a professional and friendly telephone manner is maintained
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
