Responsible for providing sales and logístical support, including customer contact, suppliers contact, sales order entry, inventory control (goods received etc), purchase order processing, invoicing, payment chasing, engineers timesheet recording and submitting wages for processing to company accountant forecast updating, Preparing of Quotations and Price Estimate Sheets and general office administration duties.

Handling of customer telephone enquiries in conjunction with Office Manager and other office Staff. Process of sales orders, booking in new jobs, credit check and trade references before raising new customer and supplier accounts, inputting labour onto timesheets, inputting materials from stock and brought in, raising delivery notes, updating of works order numbers, printing and filing of final reports. Raising and Processing of Purchase Orders in conjunction with the Water Treatment Manager. Contract Coordination and feedback of Jobs to our clients. Assist in the sourcing of parts/materials, record supplier prices, availability and contacts. Check parts/materials invoice cost against PO cost and record. Management of timesheets, record of holidays and sickness.

Raising of invoices and reconciliation with Xero accounts system. Resolution of invoice queries, supply of POD's and handling of general enquiries. To build relations with existing and new customers to grow customer data base Calling non-paying customers and determining why their payments are outstanding Quotes - Update quote log, Update customer contacts list, Update suppliers contacts list, implement and maintain digital job files to incorporate job card, images, drawings, PO's and requisitions. Assist along side Office Manager in producing regular case studies, articles and press releases for the website, LinkedIn and other social media. General mail shot & marketing. Implement and maintain plant & instrument testing and calibration register. Actively develop office systems to improve the efficiency of handling and communication of documentation and information.

PC / Computer literate. (Excel, Word, Xero.)

Must have a pleasant attitude to customers on the phone.

Willingness to learn New skill sets, to develop as an individual and help grow the company.
