**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Type, format, and edit documents using MS Word.
- Maintain digital filing systems.
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilise Sage Accounting for various office tasks.
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage Social Media platforms and website updates.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of clerical procedures and office management.
- Proficiency in Sage, Excel and other MS office software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time moving to Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Expected hours: 24 hours initially progressing to 40 per week
