We have a new opportunity for someone who possesses a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service to become a valued member of our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a responsive and proactive approach when addressing customer queries and complaints.
**Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in**
- Take full ownership of managing customer queries, ensuring their resolution and escalating only in exceptional circumstances.
- Maintain accurate records within the system to facilitate efficient tracking and resolution of customer issues.
- Investigate and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in customer service.
- Liaise with colleagues in local offices, contractors, and partner agencies to resolve inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies, procedures, and standards.

Prior experience of working within a customer service environment, ideally with a background in the utilities industry, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and an appreciation for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
