**Who we are.** With a decade of experience in the electric cycling industry, e-Bikeshop has fast moved to become one of the biggest and most respected independent retailers of electric bicycles in the UK, with a reach that serves clients around the world. Rapid growth of the cycling industry caught up with our own ambitious expansion plans, forcing them to be bought forward with a brand new facility in late 2020. With this, follows the need to again expand on our industry leading team of “eBike expert” Sales, Technical and Support staff. **What you’ll be doing.** Working from our open plan, fast paced and dynamic office space, you'll be providing first line customer, product and sales support to our diverse customer base. Often the first person our customers speak to in person or on the phone you’ll need to be a highly personable, "customer experience" focussed professional with exceptional communication skills. The minimum skills we need; - Exceptional standard of written and verbal communication. - Customer experience orientated. - Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to small details that have big positive and negative outcomes. - Experience in using the core programs from MS Office/LibreOffice/Google programs (Docs, Calendar, Drive, Sheets). - Outstanding punctuality and reliability. - A keen interest in cycling and/or industry experience Desired/bonus skills; - Knowledge of the electric cycle/sustainable transport industries. - Experience in maintaining information on an e-Commerce platform. - Previous (even junior), sales experience. This is _not_ a sales focussed, targetted or KPI monitored role, but preference would be given to those who can offer greater value in this way. This job would best suit someone already in the cycling industry or even a cycling enthusiast with a broad knowlege of brands and components, looking for their next role or change of scenery.
