**Position**:
As an Automation Sales Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers transform their properties with cutting-edge security and convenience solutions.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a vital role in providing expert consultation, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Consultation & Sales: Build rapport with customers and understand their specific needs, recommend suitable automated gate and hardware solutions.
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing, and keep CRM records up-to-date to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services, present their value-added solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct Market Selling Comparisons (MSC) to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, monitor product advancements and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Provide timely and professional support throughout the sales and installation process; address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Customer Logistics and Operations: Communicate effectively with customers regarding transaction details, fabrication timelines, and delivery schedules and monitor the progress of orders and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
**How you'll do it**:
- You will prioritise building trust and rapport with customers through active listening and understanding their unique needs.
- You will stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings to provide expert advice.
- You will clearly articulate product benefits and address customer concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
- You will utilise CRM tools to efficiently track leads, schedule follow-ups, and prioritize opportunities.
- You will be able to identify and resolve potential challenges proactively, taking ownership of issues and finding solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in sales, operations, and installation to ensure a seamless customer experience.
