**Job summary**:
We are recruiting four Resourcing Advisers to join our Resourcing team at Ofsted.

The Resourcing team plays a vital role in delivering all inspection and Administrative, Professional, Technical (APT) recruitment. We provide support, expertise, and guidance to recruiting managers across the organisation, helping our regions improve diversity and developing Ofsted’s attraction and recruitment strategy at a strategic level.

As a Resourcing Adviser, you will be responsible for the quality, timely, and compliant delivery of end-to-end recruitment administration. This includes personally managing recruitment campaigns and supporting colleagues in delivering senior-level and high-volume recruitment activity.

The People Services team is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and managing the timely and precise processing of monthly payroll for all Ofsted employees. The team supports employees and managers on a wide range of HR and payroll matters, including (but not limited to) family leave, flexible working, resignations, retirements, and pension administration.
