**Rocliff Ltd. **is a growing and successful independent family run industrial laundry based in Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury. We are a warm and welcoming company with the two Directors directly involved in the day-to-day operations.

Rocliff primarily rents, launders, and repairs workwear, however we also offer dust mats, washroom services, towelling and fully managed locker systems.

Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a field-based customer service representative to work within our catchment area to provide top class customer service.

We currently service customers as far North as Liverpool, South to Cirencester, East to Derby and we cover almost all of Wales.

**This service role includes**:

- Face to face customer review meetings within your given area.
- Measuring new wearers for their garments.
- Installation of new workwear
- Flexible working times due to early morning or late-night measures (although these are few and far between)
- Forging of new customer relationships.
- Liaising with the internal customer services team
- Upselling the latest garment technology.
- On Site locker checks
- Handling and resolving of customer queries.
- Negotiating renewal of your contracts

This is a unique role within the sector as you will not be responsible for any new business sales, you will meet with new customers when they are signed by our business development manager and look after them throughout their contract.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
