We are an established and trusted supplier to the construction, waste/recycling, and manufacturing industries. We are also a leading supplier of our product ranges to the public sector including, private/state schools, colleges, academies and universities, local authorities, armed forces, and the NHS.

As part of our growth plans, an opportunity is now available to join our Sales team as a Customer Service Advisor. This role is an integral part of the sales department supporting the team to provide exceptional customer service to our diverse range of customers.

**Main duties include**:

- Contacting customers to provide updates on their order(s).
- Working with our suppliers and dispatch teams to find solutions.
- Responding to enquires for existing orders.
- Amending and updating orders as required.
- Working with couriers to provide solutions.
- Supporting the sales team with administration.
- Assisting the Purchasing Team.
- Processing payments and completing refunds when required.
- Updating systems and sharing information with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of helping customers
- Confident and friendly communicator both verbal and written.
- Skilled in IT systems.
- Self managed with the driver to manage others in the future.
- Team player happy to assist all our customers to make their day better.

Pay: £23,900.00-£25,000.00 per year
