**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the retail store, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or supervisory roles is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
