As a **Subway sandwich Artist** you will be the face of the Subway brand, with a winning smile, warmth and friendly attitude you will ensure that you and the team show motivation and make fantastic sandwiches quickly, efficiently and just how the customer likes it With a great attitude and a love of customer service you will delight in making fresh, quality sandwiches for your customer

Managing a shift in this busy team, you will be using initiative to make decisions and enjoy this fast paced food environment. You will enjoy supervising a team and directing them on your shift, actively managing customer satisfaction, product quality and overall store performan.

Schedule:

**Duties**:

- Oversee food production operations in a kitchen or hotel setting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food production or kitchen management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £12.21 per hour
