We're now looking for a Marketing Executive to support the AJ Bell Direct to consumer marketing team in their role to drive customers growth and increase their value to the business.

The Marketing Executive will help the AJ Bell D2C marketing team in a wide variety of ways, allowing them to grow their current skill set. The role will touch upon broad areas of marketing, encompassing everything from optimising paid social media campaignsto arranging filming schedules and organising delivery of artwork. They will be involved in setting up, managing, and optimising outbound communications to our customers using Intercom. The role will also be involved in many aspects of content, from updatingthe website to publishing blogs and researching ideas. Data is crucial to the team by providing insight and direction, so being able to work with data and build reports to inform the team and wider business will be important.

Key responsibilities are:

- Assisting with the running paid digital channels (including social and PPC),
- Assisting with the management of agency partners and 3rd parties
- Launching, testing, and managing customer communications
- Influencer management
- Content marketing
- SEO/App store optimisation
- Making sure all assets have been signed off by compliance and key stakeholders
- Reporting and analysing data

Competence, Knowledge and Skills
- 1+ years’ experience in digital or growth marketing
- Excellent attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Knowledge of paid digital media
- Good organisational skills
- Creativity and curiosity
- Experience in start-ups/launching new products
- Data-driven, with a test and learn mindset
- Analytical with the ability to interpret data and insights
