Marketing Executive

**This is a maternity cover position for up to 12 months**

**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The focus of this role is to provide the right marketing strategy and action plan within the healthcare portfolio of events within the company. This portfolio covers B2B marketing for sectors including social care, neuro rehabilitation, medical imaging, and oncology and B2C Marketing for the disability and assisted living sectors.

Teamwork is crucial, as we need to have communication between the different departments in order to ensure our events are working to the same objectives.

Data analysis is key in this role to assess the success of campaigns, so a knowledge of excel is required.

You will also be paramount in designing banners, graphics, and adverts in line with brand guidelines, in addition to writing copy for editorials, blogs and press releases whilst maintaining brand tone of voice.

Most importantly you are proactive, enthusiastic and a team player who likes to be creative and think outside the box when it comes to curating new marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Relationship management with key stakeholders - e.g. partners, speakers and ambassadors
- Maintaining and updating websites including building SEO, designing graphics, creating and updating pages and writing blogs
- Data analysis to assess the success of marketing campaigns and analyse our audiences
- Content creation - e.g. blogs, editorials, press releases and social media copy
- Market research to understand audiences, as well as hot topics within the industry (Knowledge of competitor activities is also useful to maintain competitive advantage)
- Graphic design - basic level and understanding of working to brand guidelines using Canva
- Persona marketing to target key audiences
- Maintaining social media presence, generating posts and adverts to be used in both paid social campaigns and digital campaigns

**To be considered for the role you must demonstrate**:

- A thorough knowledge of brand management
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proven data analysis skills
- The ability to maintain websites and design graphics
- A willingness to keep learning about healthcare and about the business
- A solution-oriented approach
- A taste for fast-paced action and an agile mindset
- Be team-minded to achieve overall business goals.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Knowledge and/or experience of the use of CRM systems
