As our Customer Services Advisor you’ll support customers who use our online services for our UK business. You’ll have a varied role including developing customer experience, working with our warehouse, marketing and others teams to continuously make improvements, as well as working to service level agreements to ensure customers feel Hallmark are easy and efficient to deal with.

Whilst your main focus will be customer service based queries, tracking orders, dealing with potential fraudulent activities and problem solving, it’s your eye for the details and commitment to making improvements that will make you a success in this role. With this in mind you’ll need to be comfortable with change, keen to use technology and develop your skills in web chat and phone support too.

Your working week will be Monday to Friday, typically 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility for seasonal activities. To be successful in this role we’re looking for you to demonstrate:

- Excellent customer service skills, including listening, problem solving, accuracy and attention to details
- Previous experience of working in a busy customer service role speaking directly with customers/end users, would be a significant advantage
- Experience of dealing with a broad range of queries, ideally including tracking orders, service, fraud and process queries
- You get to know your processes and procedures so you are confident in dealing with customers, resolving issues quickly and fixing errors for the future
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Always looking to make the experience better for your customers, you’ll be confident in suggesting ideas and making changes
- Excellent IT skills including excel, outlook and other online software and systems
- A goal orientated mind-set with clear evidence of achieving SLA’s/KPI’s
