**Job Location**
The position is based at our Stockton office, conveniently located in Preston Farm Business Park with an on-site cafe and nearby shops. The building has a staff shower, outdoor seating space, kitchen facilities and refreshments. Our workspace is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment.
**A typical day will include**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling customer enquiries and concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
- Serve as an advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to various departments on ways we can improve the customer experience
- Provide customers with training and support in order to help them use the product(s) effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource
- Keep abreast of changes to our products and services, and proactively communicate those changes to customers
- Monitor customer usage of our products and services, and provide recommendations on how they can get the most out of our offerings
- Help customers troubleshoot issues they may be having with our products and services
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department or individual within the company
- Assist with the development and implementation of customer success initiatives
- Communicating with customers about their accounts and renewal plans and assist the sales team during upsell conversations
- Track activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**What we are looking for**
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience of SaaS (in a sales or service role)
- Working knowledge of CRM Tools (HubSpot experience would be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel (Europe) to meet the needs of the business.
- A basic understanding of energy markets would be beneficial but not essential as would a second European language
