Elite Energy is a market leading company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in the design and installation of energy efficient measures throughout the UK.

Utilising the government funding, we undertake measures in customers homes including the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels and Hybrids systems, and Insulation Measures.

Reporting to the senior team, you will join a growing team responsible for overseeing the entire retrofit assessment and coordination process. This includes developing survey software tools, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring compliance with Trustmark standards for both surveys and technical solutions.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for coordinating and managing retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with Eco4, GBIS, HUG, PAS 20230 standards.
- Conducting site visits and inspections as well as regular audits and inspections to monitor the quality and progress of retrofit activities.
- Manage the retrofit survey process, ensuring high standard of quality and compliance through the process.
- Manage the PAS2030 lodgement process of Trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down on funding.
- Serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met as well as resolve any concerns or issues promptly.

**Skills**:

- To be qualified with Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment
- 12 months experience in a Level 5 Qualified Retrofit Coordinator role
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualified
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Full UK Driving Licence

Our hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. This role is office based.

Annual salary for this role is £45,000, paid monthly on a PAYE basis.
