Committed to delivering high touch IT support, our aim is to provide the highest levels of service coupled with a great working environment. **Description** Joining our Customer Service team as Customer Service Representative is a busy role which will combine day to day sales administration and customer service responsibilities. You will be assisting the customer service team with obtaining quotes, contract renewals, completing orders, researching leads for sales staff and scheduling appointments. **Experience**: We would expect you to have the following experience; - Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - To have worked in a team driven environment, but able to work on your own with minimum supervision - Able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise work **Skills Required**: - Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook - Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines - Excellent organisational skills - Accurate data entry - Consistency - Methodical - Willingness to listen, learn and improve - Being able to problem solve Good knowledge of IT & Telecoms products would be a considerable advantage. **What do we expect from you** - Positive attitude - Excellent Telephone Manner - Good sense of humour - Professional and high standard approach to work - Drive and determination - Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing situations. - Team focused - Reliable and dependable - Add value to the organisation **Company benefits**: 30 Days annual leave plus 1 day, 2 weeks either side of your Birthday Private Healthcare including 24hr GP Service, In-patient/Out-patient care, Therapies cover & Advanced Cancer Care cover Mental Health & Wellbeing programmes Audio, Optical & Dental cover Reward Programme with an estimate value of £,1750 per year Great working environment with friendly team Contributory pension scheme Receive up to 10 days of relevant training per year A tailored professional and personal development plan High performance computers for all employees Work in a modern environment, we have break out areas for those quiet times 17th Floor office view over London **Interview Process**: Stage 1: Microsoft Teams interview. This generally lasts between 15 and 30 minutes and will be with a Customer Service Manager Stage 2: Face to face interview Customer Service Manager Stage 3: A call with our Executive Director to run through a job offer, set expectations and confirm any outstanding questions. Final Stage: An offer letter is sent with an agreed start date.
