We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our growing service department. This is a new group role to be based at our dealership in Bedford. You would be office based and assist the service teams to make workshop bookings.

- Main Purpose of Job_
- To answer telephone calls and make customer bookings for service and repair.
- Plan customer arrival times and facilities available including while u wait, loan car reservations, collection and delivery service.
- To load the workshop accurately using Dealership prescribed reservation systems and methods in conjunction with other staff.
- Provide estimates for servicing, repair and diagnostics as required
- Advise warranty/goodwill procedures to the customer where required.
- Maintain customer Record Files on a daily basis to ensure accurate input of information. Create new customer and vehicle records as required.
- To participate in Dealership and Franchise training
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the service Department.
- Contacting the customer following service or repair work to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist the service reception team during peak periods by giving customers updates on the progress of their vehicle.
- To raise work orders for sales department and progress into the system.
