**A PR and Social Media Executive urgently needed for a superb agency based in North Somerset**

We are looking for a PR and Social Media Executive to help this client grow client brands and work on everything social media.

You will be working with a range of clients specialising in finance, property and construction, in a small and perfectly formed team, with interesting work and great career prospects. The role will be primarily office based in North Somerset, or about 20 minutes from Bristol Suspension Bridge. Though hybrid working may be considered.

This is an exciting and fast paced agency so you will need to deal well with pressure working with a range of different clients. And change your plans at a moment’s notice in line with the needs of a client or the news agenda.

**What about you?**

In this fast-paced agency you must have:

- At least 12 months experience in a social media role for a brand or agency.
- Superb understanding of social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Great written skills, presentation skills, and PR skills including superb writing ability.

**Day-to-day, you'll**:
You will help the team by sending press releases to journalists and write captivating content.

As well as look after and add value to the client’s social media by working with the Social Media Manager.

And manage social platforms, looking at interaction and engagement.

You will track press coverage as it appears, for certain clients. And also help to produce and send coverage reports and round-ups to clients. While copying in account managers and CEO, enhancing the overall client relationship.

Including write reactionary comments typically within 30 minutes of particular news breaking and sending this to journalists.

Our client is really keen to invest in training and mentoring for its staff to help them to continually grow their skills and advance their careers at the agency.
