We are actively seeking a **Billing Administrator/Office Administrator **to join us at our Head Office
This is a 9 month FTC.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible start and finish times to be discussed. This role will also be considered for hybrid working.
**Salary**: £21,450 - £22,000 per annum
**About You**:
- Proven planning, organisational, time management skills and the ability to follow tasks through to a successful conclusion.
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of sales ledger would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a conscientious attitude to all tasks.
- Sufficient self-confidence and strength of personality to be able to communicate professionally and successfully with team members, customers, and other departments within the business.
- Self-motivator with sufficient incentive to meet targets and set and provide a positive. contribution to the performance of the business.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Experience of SAP would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
**About the Role**:
Mobile Mini UK Ltd are looking for a focused, motivated, dynamic, and self-starting individual to join their billing team in Stockton. Customer service and strong communication skills are an absolute must in ensuring accurate cash input/allocation, contract maintenance and dealing with a variety of customer correspondence.
- All aspects of cash administration including dealing with bank reports and Direct Debit processing.
- Weekly/monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and company ledgers.
- Maintenance of hire contracts.
- New account set up including liaising with new and existing customers, sales, and branch representatives.
- Creation of invoices and credits including consolidated billing requirements.
- Customer account administration**.**:
- Involvement with internal and external audits.
