Insurance is responsible for developing and delivering ERM software to the Insurance, Pensions & Wealth Management industries.

Role/Responsibilities

This is a primarily an internal facing role, and strong senior management engagement skills are essential. They must successfully align stakeholder expectations and provide a robust approach to managing activities and issues.
The role also provides the opportunity to be part of a team that builds/improves data collection systems and processes to improve how the insurance business operates across all their function units.

The Executive Assistant will be joining a fast growing business within a top tier global ERM software provider to the banking and insurance industries, with opportunities for development and involvement in challenging and rewarding projects.

A willingness to engage, learn and contribute to the functional and technical challenges on internal projects is a must. This is a great opportunity to gain rapid exposure to blue chip clients while helping a new team develop its implementation and deployment processes.

As an Executive Assistant your primary responsibilities include:

- **Admin Support**: Provide admin support (diary management, travelling arranging, expense processing, comms distribution taking notes at meetings, etc, ad hoc task) to Head of IMA and IMA management team. Arrange OU meetings such as Town Halls, Knowledge Sharing session, touch base etc.

Processing expenses and booking travel for other teams in Edinburgh office.
- **IMA Operations**:Assist Chief of Staff with ad hoc projects and operational process for IMA. Managing the recruitment tracker for IMA and chairing weekly recruitment meetings.
- **Edinburgh office management **:Providing ad hoc support to the Edinburgh Office Manager who undertakes facilities management.#LI-DW1

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other languages is beneficial
- Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant role of similar
- HND/Degree in Business Management or Administration
- Project Management Qualifications such as PRINCE is an advantage.

**Skills**
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
