**We Staff** are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor for one of our most prestigious clients in Greenford.

Shift:

- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Control and manage our clients transport to comply with legal constraints.
- Coordinate the logístical operations of the site in line with company standards and legal requirements of the role.
- Manage the dispatch of all customer deliveries in the afternoon.
- Main contact point between our client and service agents.
- Ensure Drivers paperwork is compliant to our relevant accreditations.
- Co-ordinate the Loading activities so that all correct product from all areas flows out to the correct customers with the correct paperwork.
- Using and managing our route planning software to arrange deliveries for all vehicles maximising daily drops to customer
- Liaising with production and warehouse staff over complex orders and deliveries and problem solving where applicable for customer satisfaction
- Ensuring vans are safety checked daily and logs are kept in clear chronological order

- Demonstrate visible leadership within the organisation by creating an empowering culture
- Ability to motivate the drivers to go the extra mile and provide great customer service
- Experience with H&S
- Experience in managing a team
