Overview of the Job
The role owner will be responsible for the accurate raising of invoices and credit notes. The AR
Assistant will also be responsible for processing student refunds and finance related enquiries.
To support both the Credit Control Manager and Group Finance Manager in the execution of their duties.
Reports To
You will be directly responsible to the Credit Control Manager.
Responsibilities
and student expenses.
- To build effective working relationships with the Central Finance Team in order to
quickly and courteously answer queries from agents and fee payers regarding
student accounts.
- Responsible for processing student refunds, following procedure in line with agreed
SLAs and company policy
- Assistance with company banking.
- To perform various accounting reconciliations and analysis as befits a controlled
accounting environment.
- To demonstrate excellence in customer service and lead by example.
