**About the role**
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our UK team reporting directly to the Shared Services Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced business progressing your Accounts Receivable career.
**About the Team**
The successful hire will join a dedicated, team-oriented finance department in our Cambridge, UK office. This role will manage the European ledgers.
**Roles & responsibilities**:
- Manage a subsection of the AR team, consisting of 5-line reports
- Work to and achieve agreed team and individual KPI's
- Actively manage and support your team with regular 1:1s, check-ins
- Help improve accuracy and efficiency of the accounts receivable team
- Ensure accurate entry of transactions to our accounting system
- Assist with month end close procedures in accordance with the month end schedule
- Help maintain the master Customer files
- Help research and resolve escalated invoice discrepancies and Customer issues
- Work cross-functionally with other departments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Embrace automation and engage with best practices
**Qualifications**:

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable Experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with Oracle
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient Excel skills
- Excels in a team environment
