I’m looking for a dynamic, high-impact Accounts Receivable Manager who has a proven track record of successfully heading up an international AR function. As an accomplished leader who thrives in complex, changing and fast-moving environments, you’ll bring a fearless, solutions-first mindset and proactively define how the global collections function will operate: establishing strategy, setting performance standards, and driving measurable cash‑flow outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who runs toward challenges rather than away from them, where you’ll drive best practice, partner across the business, and help build a high achieving, modern, scalable AR function. Key Duties Lead and develop the global AR team across multiple regions. Oversee accurate billing, cash collection and credit risk management. Standardise AR processes and build strong cross‑functional relationships. Own the Credit Policy and global credit assessments across all locations Track and deliver cash collection KPIs. Support order-to-cash improvements and key business projects. Manage financial risks including credit, FX and master data. Act as a key point of contact for audits and compliance. Key Experience Required Senior AR leadership experience in an international environment. Strong AR and credit control expertise with process improvement experience. Excellent people leadership, communication and stakeholder skills. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace. Tech‑positive mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
