Please note:

- You must have the ability to work two Saturdays a month. You can choose to take a day in lieu for these Saturdays or to be paid for them in addition to your salary.
- You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

We are looking for **two** strong and confident team members who will not shy from a challenge and who both possess a great can-do attitude. The Staff Coordinator is responsible for booking our event staff (either our driving instructors or our hospitality team members) on our numerous events across the country. We are looking for you to have both people and organisational skills that are second to none. You will be working in a fast paced and exciting environment amongst a team who will help guide and support you whilst you get started.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Staffing Coordination - choose the best staff members for various positions on our live event days. You must take into consideration the skillset of each member of staff and place them accordingly to meet the needs of the business. Responsible for staffing over 350 events in one calendar year.
- Communication - Communicate efficiently with up to 1000 freelance staff members fluidly and confidently. Effectively you are managing their work schedules and diaries for the entire year and this requires great levels of organisation.
- Analytics of Events - Taking into consideration the number of customers booked on each event day, taking care not to over or under staff our events.
- You will be responsible too for accurately documenting staff bookings through the use of our CRM system.
- You will aid the Event team manager in checking invoices that are sent in by the freelance staff to ensure they are accurate.
- Onboarding and Training - Recruitment and on boarding of more freelance staff. Provide training and briefings to staff on event-specific roles, responsibilities and expectations.
- KPIs - Working to KPIs to achieve the departmental Targets.
- Problem solving - Handle any last minute staffing changes or issues on the event day ensuring smooth operations and mínimal disruptions.
- Post Event Performance Analysis - Gather feedback from events and provide reports to the Events Manager to ensure continuous improvements.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in either an Events role or a staffing/recruitment role is desirable.

Pay: £22,880.00-£28,000.00 per year
