**About the Team**:
Everyman Racing is the UK and Europe’s No.1 Driving Experience supplier with the latest Range of 300+ meticulously maintained vehicles. Everyman Racing is the largest supplier of driving experiences and events, currently supplying over 200,000 drives per year. We operate from our own facility at the site of the Prestwold Driving centre which is based in Leicestershire at our purpose built race circuit. We also operate from many other prestigious race circuits in the U.K such as Goodwood, Brands Hatch, Lydden Hill, Mallory Park and many more locations.

Our Events Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the logistics of our events staff. You will ensure our events are fully staffed and running smoothly to optimise the customer experience. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met in terms of freelance staffing requirements. You will also provide comprehensive administrative support and handling event-related paperwork.

You will be working to ensure best practices are followed at all times. Guided by our top performers, you’ll be directed to maintain professionalism and have the best interests of our customers at heart, whilst also delivering on business KPIs.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support general administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to prepare and organise event paperwork, ensuring timely delivery while meeting deadlines.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to input and manage data across various spreadsheets.
- Conduct thorough inspections of Instructor and Hospitality staff invoices, verifying the accuracy of applied commissions.
- Attend events as necessary to provide on-site administrative support, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage freelance staff, including scheduling, coordination, and communication, to ensure adequate coverage for events.

**Requirements**:

- Driver (Preferred due to location)

- Competent in prioritising tasks and working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a process-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Previous experience or knowledge in staff recruitment is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced events environment.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday - need to have weekend flexibility due to events

8am-5pm
