In brief these positions are inside sales, one for our academic market and the other corporate, working very closely with the Regional Sales Manager for that territory. The hours are 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week Monday to FridayThe salary is £33,000,basic +OTE per annum between £45 -£50K as includes quarterly commission.

Main Duties are:
Account Management

Servicing exsisting business and creating new business by offering upgrades and subscribtion renewals.

Processing renewals and orders

Making outbound and taking inbound enquiries

Ensure retention of clients

working as part of a proactive team

Using a CRM system

Troubleshoot Customer Issues and provide online support.

You will need excellent time-management skills

Attend and contribute to meetings.

Benefits are:

- 22 days holiday
- Sick Pay after 3 months (3 weeks full pay, 3 weeks half pay)
- Death In service (after completed successful probation) 3 x base salary
- Scottish Widows pension (5% employer contribution 4% Employee contribution)
- Hybrid working (but after successful probation period which will drop to 1 day in the office and 4 days at home) on starting could be they are 3 to 4 days in the office but depends on the individual and how they are progressing within the role. Obviouslythe successful can work in the office more often if they choose to and if Sales meetings etc will be expected to come into the office.
- Will attend roadshows/conferences for their territories and customer facing meetings from time to time
- Training programme
- May include some travel

The recruitment process will be, an initial Teams interview with the manager and thereafter a face to face interview in the office
