**SALARY**:£30,000 OTE (includes a basic salary of £22 000 per annum)

**WORKING HOURS**:Monday to Friday
- 09:00am to 18:00pm

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager who is a talented negotiator with the ability to upsell into existing clients and develop new business opportunities through the use of outbound telesalescalls and face-to-face meetings
Working as a Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager your time will be split between the Enfield office and visiting client sites in and around the M25 using the company’s pool car.
As a Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager you will join a thriving sales team where strong results will be rewarded.

**DUTIES**
Your duties as a Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager will include:
- B2B outbound sales - building a pipeline of prospective clients and closing them to transact
- Build relationships with businesses across the UK
- Work with the Marketing Team to enhance the lead pipeline and maximise visibility in a competitive market
- Work closely with the BDM to drive growth in the business and bring exceptional borrower experience to the table
- Successfully encourage the customers to expand product range
- Develop executive level relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI Standards can enable them to become more efficient
- Communicate complex technical issues
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in the Security, CCTV Construction sector will be a huge advantage
- You will have a successful career in outbound sales and able to demonstrate that you have hit targets
- Maintain and demonstrate a positive outlook
- An excellent communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that outstanding sales results are achieved on a daily basis
- Proven ability in closing business to business sales and winning new customers
- A strong desire to work in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
- Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities
- Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills
- Clear understanding of modern selling techniques and ability to use them
- Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
- Previous experience in telesales / customer service
- Prepared to go the extra mile to hit targets
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic and KPI-driven - you aspire to stretch your target every month
- Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a tight-knit team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Quick to learn, hungry for success
- Clean driving licence
