Graduate Transport Planner

**Do you have what it takes to transform society?** We are currently looking for talented and motivated **Graduate Transport Planner** to join our busy Transport Planning team in either **Edinburgh or Glasgow**.** **This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times. **What does the role involve?** At Sweco, we draw upon a combined knowledge base of 22,000 experts across Northern Europe. Working as part of the Scotland Transport Planning team, you'll support a wide variety of projects and be involved in a range of activities from bidding through to project delivery. This could include supporting with data analytics, transport and environmental assessments, feasibility studies, transport appraisal and economic assessments, multi-modal modelling, public consultation, stakeholder engagement, sustainable transport, intelligent mobility and other emerging technologies. You will take ownership and responsibility for the quality of work you produce, ensuring that work is delivered in line with the agreed timescales and ensuring you understand and comply with our Company Integrated Management system and all relevant health and safety legislation. You will learn from experienced people who share a passion for working together with our customers to deliver technical excellence and as you develop be given opportunity to work more independently. As a graduate at Sweco you will be enrolled on the Graduate Scheme which will provide the opportunity to visit other UK offices, socialise with other Sweco Graduates and provide you with the soft-skills to succeed within your role and the wider business.
