**Diversity & Inclusion Consultant | £33,200 per annum |Remote (Must be Liverpool based)**
The Talent Crowd are working with an award winning, rapidly expanding business in the North West. They are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Are you passionate about Diversity & Inclusion? Do you want to advise clients on Diversity & Inclusion?
This isn’t your typical Recruitment Consultant role, yes you will be involved in Recruitment but more from a consultative and business advisory perspective, recommending diverse growth plans for clients.
The key requirement for the successful Diversity & Inclusion Consultant is to have experience working with apprenticeships, tenders, and funding. You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion recruitment strategies.
**Duties of the Diversity & Inclusion Consultant will include**: - Identify and develop relationships with employers in SME businesses in the Liverpool City area, make recommendations for talent attraction to support EDI growth plans
- Collaborate with other internal departments to build jobseeker talent pools to allow employers to diversify
- Provide bespoke packages of support, recommend publicly funded schemes or where more appropriate, refer employers to the internal agency for temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Carry out account management duties, cross selling internal departments where possible
- Meet the needs of client in the most cost effective way, presenting a strong alternative to competitor recruitment agencies and service providers
- Update and maintain in house CRM systems with account plans
**Skills and experience required**:
- Previous experience in a B2B recruitment environment, skilled in selling and delivering recruitment services to clients
- Knowledge of EDI and how EDI approaches can support employers in terms of recruitment and retention of staff and wider productivity gains
- Skilled in the full sales cycle, from research and planning to marketing and lead generation, through to project management; closing the deal and aftercare
This role is predominantly remote, however the successful Diversity & Inclusion Consultant must live in the Liverpool area, there will be a requirement to work from the office on occasion for training and team meetings.
