THE COMPANY

A young and growing business based in Stone are recruiting for a temporary Office Administrator to cover a 12-month maternity leave.

THE ROLE

The individual will report into the Finance Director, taking responsibility for various Office Administration tasks, including input of data, answering phones and welcoming guests. The individual will be largely responsible for data input into a QuickBooks Accountancy Package, booking haulage and deliveries with carriers along with other Operational Admin tasks. Finance duties will include processing purchase invoices through to payment, chasing payments and allocation of payments. The role will also include assisting the Sales Team with general adhoc duties. This is a full-time role based in the office full time to cover a long-term temporary contract.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
You will need energy and enthusiasm, coupled with good organisational skills, problem solving ability and the confidence to take initiatives where applicable. You will be a dynamic and driven individual who is able to work efficiently under pressure. Flexibility and a willingness to evolve in the role is a must due to the fast-paced development of the company. The client requires the individual to be organised, work off their own initiative and be a team player, willing to help out wherever needed. They will need to be open to change and not dependent of a fully defined job role, this role could include tasks from every department.

COMPANY BENEFITS

The company offer excellent working conditions and onsite parking A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 Working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, ½ hour for lunch. 25 days holiday and Immediate start available.

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
