Permanent full-time vacancy at Touchstone Lighting Components LTD, the UK's premier supplier of lighting control gear, in Stone, Staffordshire working in a busy office environment.

**The Role**

We are looking for someone new to join our friendly team as an office administrator and telephone assistant. Duties would include entering customer orders on our system, answering calls from customers to advise on our products, and other general administration work. Occasionally you may be required to help in other roles in the office as well.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and a strong customer focus. Attention to detail, good phone manner and the ability work quickly is essential. Training will be given on our products and computer system, but some experience in a customer facing role would be preferred.
