- A CIPD L5 qualified (minimum) professional, ideally with experience of working in a similar unionised setting, with nationally determined T&Cs
- A highly competent HR Generalist, ideally with recruitment and ER expertise
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work to our vision, values and key principals
