Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Bristol / hybrid

**Salary**: £27,000 (9-month FTC)
An exciting opportunity to work for a reputable institution as their 9-month FTC Payroll Officer.
You would be responsible for paying all staff accurately and on time, working with another Payroll Officer and reporting in to a Payroll Team Lead.
Key responsibilities:

- Assisting in resolving payroll issues with members of staff and/or departmental administrators by providing information
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on statutory and the company's regulations
- Liaising with the Payroll Supervisor when heavy workloads are expected and to ensure that weekly/monthly deadlines are met
- Collating and recording confidential information on Personnel and Payroll databases (e.g. sickness monitoring, ad hoc payments), and using this data to produce reports for various departmental administrators.
Key skills required:

- Previous experience in payroll
- Able to work methodically and to deadlines
- Customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
